The role that force and military institutions have played in American history is of increasing importance and interest to many people.  The study of American military thinking and military operations holds a fascination for many students of military affairs.

Serving in the military is more than just a job.....but an honor to belong to that elite part of our country's freedom fighters, who take up arms, travel the world and patrol our seas.  The men and women in the Armed Forces give their lives to protect and uphold the constitution and all that we hold dear.

Veterans bond  forever as members of  individual branches of service...the Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, or the Air Force.  There is a military pride fostered from the first day of enlistment that continues post military and throughout civilian life.  Along with our  men and women military veterans, there are many patriotic citizens who are great history buffs who collect and display military memorabilia, collectibles of the Armed Forces and military conflicts and battles.  Their interest may lie in the significant military medal awards that symbolize a specific war or a branch of military service or rank.
